Privacy Policy

This policy covers both the waitlist on this site and the product itself, if you hold an invited account. Presagon is operated by SPATARI DANIEL CONSULTANCY - FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect on the waitlist

Your email address, the time you signed up, how you found us (the referring site, such as a search engine or AI assistant, or a campaign tag), and your country. We collect no name, password, precise location, or payment information at that stage.

What we collect if you have an account

Your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself). To keep sessions secure, we record the IP address and browser identifier attached to each sign-in. We also store the content you add to the product: the description of your own product, the competitors you watch, any notes you add, and the briefs Presagon generates for you.

How the AI analysis works

Presagon's briefs are generated by Claude, a model operated by Anthropic. To produce them, we send Anthropic the competitor content we collected from public pages together with the product description you wrote. Under Anthropic's commercial terms this data is not used to train their models. Anthropic is our only AI subprocessor.

Storage and sharing

Everything is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase. Not copied to any marketing platform or CRM. Never sold, and never given to ad networks or data brokers. It is shared only with the services that run Presagon for us: Vercel (hosting and the cookieless analytics below), Supabase (the database), Resend (delivers our emails, so it processes your email address), Paddle (payments, described below), Anthropic (AI analysis, described above), and Cloudflare (fetches and renders the public competitor pages we monitor; it never receives your personal data). Internal operational alerts, such as a new waitlist signup, are delivered to a private Discord channel we operate and can include your email address. These providers process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Data breaches

If we become aware of a security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected account holders by email without undue delay.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Your card or bank details go directly to Paddle and never touch our servers; we receive only your subscription status, plan, and billing-period dates. Paddle's handling of your payment data is described in Paddle's own privacy policy.

Cookies

The marketing site sets no cookies. Signing in to the product sets one essential session cookie so you stay signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies anywhere.

Analytics

We count visits to this site ourselves, without cookies. Instead of an identifier that follows you, we derive a one-way hash from your IP address and browser that rotates every day, so the same visitor cannot be tracked from one day to the next. The raw IP address and browser string are never stored, only the daily hash and aggregate totals. We use this only to measure traffic and the share of visitors who join the waitlist. This site also uses Vercel Analytics, which is likewise cookieless with no individual tracking across visits. The product pages behind sign-in are not counted at all.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until launch, or until you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first. Account data and everything inside your workspace are kept for as long as your account exists; when you close your account, we delete them.

Children

Presagon is a business tool and requires account holders to be at least 18. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Email hello@presagon.com to access, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, whether that is a waitlist entry or a full account.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above will update.
