Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and SPATARI DANIEL CONSULTANCY - FZCO, the Dubai, United Arab Emirates company that operates Presagon ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are using Presagon for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
The service
Presagon monitors the public pages you point it at (competitor changelogs, release notes, pricing pages, blogs), detects changes, and uses AI to interpret them: what shipped, why it matters to you, and a suggested move. It delivers those insights in the app, by email, and, on some plans, to Slack or Discord.
Accounts
Access is currently invite-based via the waitlist. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your credentials secure and the information on your account accurate; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.
Plans, trial, and billing
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with full features and no payment details required. Paid plans and current prices are listed on the pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle provides customer service for purchases, handles returns of payments, and collects and remits applicable sales taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's checkout terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. If a plan's price changes, we will notify you at least 30 days before it affects you, effective from your next billing period.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use Presagon to violate any law, to monitor pages you have no right to access, to probe or disrupt the service, to resell or redistribute the service or its data as your own product, or to reverse engineer it. We monitor only publicly accessible pages, respect conservative request rates, and may refuse any source. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put it at risk.
Your data and our intellectual property
The content you provide (your product context, watch lists, and notes) remains yours. You grant us permission to process it solely to operate the service; how we handle data is covered in the privacy policy. The service itself, including its software, design, and model configuration, remains our property. Insights generated for your workspace are yours to use within your business.
AI-generated output
Insights are generated automatically by AI from public sources. Every insight links to the underlying evidence, and the engine is designed never to report a change it did not observe. Interpretation can nonetheless be incomplete or inaccurate; you should verify insights independently before relying on them for significant decisions. Presagon does not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is, without warranties, and without an uptime guarantee during this early-access period. We improve the service continuously and may change or retire features; if a change materially reduces what your plan includes, you may cancel and be refunded for the unused remainder of your period.
Events outside our control
Neither of us is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, such as outages of the platforms and providers the service is built on, network failures, or government action. If such an event blocks the service for more than 30 days, either of us may cancel, and we will refund the unused remainder of any prepaid period.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.
Indemnity
If your use of Presagon breaches these terms or applicable law, for example by directing it to monitor pages you have no right to access, and a third party brings a claim against us as a result, you agree to compensate us for the losses and reasonable costs arising from that claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us; your data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, including, for claims within its threshold, the DIFC Courts' Small Claims Tribunal.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the date above will update and account holders will be notified by email before the change takes effect.
